in our Skool OS coaching program, we're going over lead generation for most people, that means making youtube content i thought it would be cool, to see who can win in a (surprise) race, of who can get the most customers on Youtube. In my case, it's affilates New channel, no subscribers, just got my first 2 vids out. and they're both dogshit lol if i can do it, so can you check it out here

Since I have to help 69 people go full-time on Skool in a year... This is lesson #6. Most people get 1 win... And then go right back to zero. Why? Because they treat every client like a brand-new start. Dumb. Your first client isn't just money. It's: 👉 proof 👉 leverage 👉 a shortcut to the next 5 clients Here's the breakdown. When you get someone a result... Don't just celebrate. Capture it. 👉 Screenshot 👉 Message 👉 Before/after 👉 Testimonial Anything real. Because now you're no longer saying: "I think I can help." You're saying: "I just helped someone fix this exact problem." For example: 👉 "I helped a creator go from 0 sales to their first client last week. Want me to show you what we did?" See the difference? One is hope. One is proof. And proof creates curiosity. No convincing. No long pitch. Just: 👉 proof → curiosity And your close rate goes up because you're no longer guessing. You're repeating. Now here's the part people skip. After a win... You should immediately go talk to 20-25 more people with that exact same problem. Not 1. Not 2. Twenty. Using the exact same proof.
