Best tools that have helped me get into my Deep Work Zone
Count down clock (helps me re-focus and increase my focus as time goes on as the clock is about to run out of time) 2. My music play list (I don't feel quite as alone and for some reason it creates magic for me) 3. writing pad within arms length - for when I get those intrusive thoughts I can capture them - know I will get back to them and not be distracted from what I'm trying to focus on. What helps you stay focused when you are in your deep work zone?
