Looking for a blitz buddy!
Exercise is calling this 67 y-o body to get serious. Shout-out to the creator who suggested everyone needs to do push-ups for upper body strength, especially woman over 50. (Guys y'all got this in your genes. Women not so much.) Anyway, she suggested we start with 25 wall-push-ups. No problem. Then 25 counter push-ups. I've been doing those for five days while my coffee is brewing. I'd love a blitz buddy who wants to do this with me. 25+ counter push-ups every day. Jogging on the spot every day. Walking in nature 3x week (includes a climb up Knox Mountain. If you know Kelowna, you know).
