Yesterday's call ended last months Blitz competition! On the call we announced the WINNERS @Gunta Skrastiล†a & @Brian Rushalski @Vincent Roswandowicz & I also discussed the benefits of hosting a blitz / competition in your own community the value that it immediately brings to the community and you as the owner as well as answering questions regarding how best to come up with the competition & prizes for your community respectively. P.S. Also; extremely grateful @Simona Prakash thanked @Goose Dunlavey for providing this space & shared a beautiful story about her recent experience and growth on Skool. Let's give Goose sum luuuuv in the comments - we wouldn't have each other if it weren't for him. ๐Ÿ˜˜

Anti-Blitz
Since Christmas Iโ€™ve been stressed. For me stress always comes with eating too much and the wrong stuff. And not exercising enough. So, yeh, a bad combo for weight. Iโ€™ve put on a lot (for me)โ€ฆ I have two days before Iโ€™m on leave for a week. Pretty much no tech for 7 days. Will just be touching base with my community. On return my focus is moving more, eating healthy (and early) to stop bad cravings.

although the two do not go together ๐Ÿ˜‚ How do I learn more about wingman as its finally working?๐Ÿฅณ And What the hell is anti-bliz? I get its about working on health, relationships etc... but what else does it entail? Is it do it as a two-some, three-some even orgy ๐Ÿ˜‚ as @Rositsa Aleksandrova suggested (love that btw๐Ÿ˜‚) here Have I been in a cave whilst this is all going on!! Or in my own wee world in Bali searching for geese!!!!

Looking for a blitz buddy!
Exercise is calling this 67 y-o body to get serious. Shout-out to the creator who suggested everyone needs to do push-ups for upper body strength, especially woman over 50. (Guys y'all got this in your genes. Women not so much.) Anyway, she suggested we start with 25 wall-push-ups. No problem. Then 25 counter push-ups. I've been doing those for five days while my coffee is brewing. I'd love a blitz buddy who wants to do this with me. 25+ counter push-ups every day. Jogging on the spot every day. Walking in nature 3x week (includes a climb up Knox Mountain. If you know Kelowna, you know).
