Yesterday's call ended last months Blitz competition! On the call we announced the WINNERS @Gunta Skrastiņa & @Brian Rushalski @Vincent Roswandowicz & I also discussed the benefits of hosting a blitz / competition in your own community the value that it immediately brings to the community and you as the owner as well as answering questions regarding how best to come up with the competition & prizes for your community respectively. P.S. Also; extremely grateful @Simona Prakash thanked @Goose Dunlavey for providing this space & shared a beautiful story about her recent experience and growth on Skool. Since Christmas I’ve been stressed. For me stress always comes with eating too much and the wrong stuff. And not exercising enough. So, yeh, a bad combo for weight. I’ve put on a lot (for me)… I have two days before I’m on leave for a week. Pretty much no tech for 7 days. Will just be touching base with my community. On return my focus is moving more, eating healthy (and early) to stop bad cravings.
