I've been thinking about my community idea for at least 6 months... but not *doing the thing.* After 19 days in this community, I've created my icon, cover image, description, welcome course, and plans for regular posts and what will happen in the community. Thank you all for such a welcoming and inspiring space! So... I think I'm really doing this? Am I missing anything? How do I know when I'm ready to invite my first people?

I joined this place in January. I looked around, couldn't figure out what the eff was going on, but knew someday I MIGHT be cool enough to figure it out. Since then, a lot has shifted. In February I went full-time on Skool, in March I had to pivot again, and today, I just switched my community with 100 members to a paid one, and I'm excited and terrified at the same time. (I need to work on that.) So I came in to report my win. I also just upgraded to premium, added the goose, with the help of my friend @Christina Joy . (because I still can't figure out wtf is going on). Haha! So, yah! Hi! I'm Kristine! I'm ready to get in and be one of the cool kids now. Throw some tomatoes at me, so I can unlock some 💩! Thanks! Wanted to make a post to get you and me lvl 3 quickly. Like me and I like you 🎉

Last night, I realized three of my members were about 30 points from Level 5 (our Kermit the Frog level). I posted a challenge and asked them to pick the perk they'd get when reaching L 5. I walked away from the computer, and my phone started blowing up with notifications. While only two wanted to take on the challenge, the other one helped by liking and responding to their posts. Within a very short amount of time, @Ryan Cameron @Cindy Shultz and @Oddysey Campbell had leveled up. A big shout out to them, along with @Chad Noorman who was in the middle of it all. The coolest thing was how they all helped each other - I'm so grateful and proud of my community. We're small (62 members), but mighty! Engagement in my group runs an average of 30-60 actions a day. With the challenge, it shot up to over 300. If you want to increase engagement - challenge your members. 💗
