Looking for an Anti-blitz buddy
So my anti blips is taking care of my health and getting more sleep which for me means getting to bed earlier so I can get more than 6 hours of sleep a night. I've had a flare up of a long-term committed condition that just recently got under control with medication. And I've got big decisions to make about my community and my other work so having a heart and mind space supported by good health and good sleep is a good thing.

I've resisted getting involved here for a while because I just wasn’t getting it. I still wouldn’t say I know how to show up perfectly or make the most of everything Goose has going on here. But I finally decided to stop negotiating with my resistance and just show up. So here I am, committing to being more present and actually letting people get to know me, and me get to know you too. And if along the way we end up supporting each other, both personally and in building our communities? Well, that’s the gravy. Extra scoop of ice cream. Cherry on top. I’m very happy with that possibility. 🥳🥳🥳

Anti-Blitz
This fall I decided to alternate walking with weight training and have a break day. It’s been going well, until this week. After several days of poor sleep, had a hard time pushing myself. I should be getting back on track next week. My challenge is completely removing refined sugar from my diet. Eating fruit helps but definitely not always. Any tips or tricks?
