As of today, I am very proud and happy to say that I OFFICIALLY BROKE INTO THE TOP 1000 OF DISCOVERY!!! I started my community about 3 weeks ago and the ONE THING that has been absolutely instrumental in making this happen is: ADD VALUE EVERYWHERE YOU GO!! Join groups, make friends, join the conversation, and have FUN. Your inherent personality is valuable to SOMEONE and that someone (and many more) will absolutely be found here on Skool. Think of it this way: You are not a community owner trying to get people to join your community. You are a community member who just so happens to own a community as well. That's the simplicity of it. This mindset has been the most important thing I've learned in my Skool journey so far. and I am SO looking forward to the future! I'm hoping this can help you too!! 🙌🎉🥳

Time to get jacked with @Patrick Horta this month!! As a fitness and health coach I absolutely fell off!😔 I had an injury this summer and fell off my game for a bit! Got sad and depressed and ate a shit load and said I’ll start back up soon so it’s fine! Lol Then right when it was time to hop on again, I had a family emergency (really a family friend but they’re better family than my real family😂) and I had to take over a dairy and their farm land so basically worked 16 hour days for about 3-4 weeks and said screw absolutely everything 😂 So here is me at my worst and I’m going to put the work in to lean out this month! Perfect macros, 4 workouts a week, and a step count reached daily! Going for 15K 🙏🏻 Literally me at my worst I’ve been since I started working out 😔 only up from here and had to follow Goose with the good ole flip of the bird 🖕
