First Sale... and We're Just Getting Started 🚀
Hey guys, Just got my first sale! 🎉 It came after spending $174 and honestly it's been a bit of a journey. I originally paused the campaign after the first couple of days because I started panicking. Then after following @Tulia's guidance and Chris team I decided to relaunch it instead of giving up. I just want to say thank you to everyone in this group who took the time to help me throughout the process. I really appreciate it. A few things I learned: - Don't panic when things don't work straight away. - Trust the process and give the campaign time. - Like Chris always says, having a good feed makes a huge difference because it makes optimisation much easier. For anyone wondering about the numbers - Market: USA (I switched from the UK) - Niche: Home Decor - Ad Spend: $174 - Sales: 1 ($760.20) This is only the first week, so I'm definitely not stopping here. The next focus is improving cash flow and managing the financial side so I can scale properly. I'll keep you guys updated as things progress. Thanks again everyone! 🚀

6.3k day in just two months as a girly 😇
Started to find out about google dropshipping from my previous coach and now finally did my record day in just two months. Happy to see that it finally works out for myself, and that even a girl (me haha) who did UGC before can achieve this. I am in fashion niche, uk & ireland currently ☺️

Wanted to share where I'm at. I started from literally zero — my whole ecom journey began end of March with no prior knowledge, and this store (my first one) launched end of April. Last 30 days: 9,006 sessions (+641%), £14.1K revenue (+1K%), 240 orders (+1.2K%). Already had a few £1K days, and scaling looks linear from here. Christopher helped me sort out a domain issue early on, and from there it's mostly been consistency. One thing that stuck with me from the group is that there's no golden key — it's testing the small things and giving it time to see what actually works. Still early days but happy with the progress so far.

Day 8 Running PMAX
Lessons learned so far 👇 - Never judge a campaign on a short timeframe - When spend is low, scale as aggressively as possible (we doubled budget after 4 days) Current update (Day 8 – PMAX, feed-only) We’ve been running a PMAX campaign for our dropshipping store for 8 days, and it’s starting to show solid traction. - Current Daily Spend: £200 - Revenue: £1,176.22 - Ad Spend: £505.77 - ROAS: 2.33 - Profit Margin: ~15% The margin is still on the lower side, but that’s intentional. Right now, the focus is scaling and stabilizing performance. Once we consistently hit around £1k/day in revenue, the plan is to optimize for profitability and push margins toward 25–30%. Would really appreciate any feedback or advice from those who’ve scaled similar setups 🙌 I’ll keep sharing updates on this journey every 4–5 days.
