Switching store
Hi everyone, I have a second store GMC approved wich is in home & decor. I would like to switch to fashion with this store. What are the steps to do this correctly without misrep?
Two Stores. One Scales, One's Stuck. Here's the Difference 🤯
Two stores. Same niche. Same budget. One scales every month. The other's been stuck at the same number since spring. Everyone blames the media buyer first. It's almost never the media buyer. It's the system behind the account. Here's the whole formula. 👇 You scale when you build more winners than wasters. That simple. Like your bank account 💰 - earn more than you spend, it grows. Your ad account is no different. More winners than wasters, you grow. Let the wasters pile up, you're stuck. Doesn't matter how good your best product is. So you make that happen in four moves: 🏷️ LABEL EVERY PRODUCT. Champions (proven winners), potentials (great ROAS, low data - your next winners), new ones, zombies (barely any spend, some are hidden gems), and wasters (spend, no profit). No labels means you can't read your data. You're just gambling. 🏗️ STRUCTURE IT RIGHT. One PMax is your engine - everything except the wasters. The wasters go in their own little campaign on a tiny budget. A rehab center. They recover and earn their way back, or they get cut. Then when you scale, add two boosters: one for your winners and potentials, one for your new products. Plus a brand search campaign to stop competitors stealing your own name. Keep in mind that starting August 17, 2026, campaigns with bid targets will behave differently - this will change how we structure campaigns effectively. ✂️ ONLY SPLIT WHEN THE DATA TELLS YOU TO. Not because it feels productive. PMax piling up wasters? Split them out. New products starving for budget? Add the booster. That's the only reason to add a campaign. ⚙️ FIX YOUR TITLES. In shopping, the title is your creative. Root keyword first ("women's maxi dress"), then one real feature people actually search - linen, animal print, a fit. Keep it relevant and use the space available. You can use up to 150 characters. But don't keyword-stuff. That's it. Push winners, control wasters, fund new tests. Everything else is luck you can't repeat. 💬 Look at your own store. How many real winners do you have, and how many wasters are quietly draining you? Drop your split below and I'll tell you where I'd start. 👇

Running this exact analysis on my new store right now. Here's my split across 184 active products with €100 daily spend in Google Shopping (30d data): 🏆 Champions (ROAS 5+, 2+ conversions): 7 products 🌱 Potentials (strong ROAS, low data): 24 products Some are sitting at 50+ ROAS on minimal spend — tempting but I know I can't trust the data yet. 🆕 New (not enough data yet): 55 products 🧟 Zombies (barely any spend, unclear): 49 products 🔥 Wasters (spend, no profit): 30 products Overall account ROAS: 3.2x on €1,834 spend (30d)

@Christopher Krassnig thanks and how many products a day would you add?
Switching from Facebook Ads to Google Shopping
Hello, I'm Lylia. I've been doing e-commerce for the past three years. This year, I finally started getting good results with Facebook Ads, but unfortunately, they didn't last. I'm not sure why, but I feel like Facebook Ads haven't been performing as well lately. My niche is fashion, and it's the niche I know best. Now I'm thinking about switching to Google Ads and targeting the Australian market. What do you think about this market? Also, could you tell me the first steps I should take to avoid getting a Google Merchant Center "Misrepresentation" suspension or any other restrictions? I'd really appreciate your advice.

@Ramon Marsman thanks

Wanted to share where I'm at. I started from literally zero — my whole ecom journey began end of March with no prior knowledge, and this store (my first one) launched end of April. Last 30 days: 9,006 sessions (+641%), £14.1K revenue (+1K%), 240 orders (+1.2K%). Already had a few £1K days, and scaling looks linear from here. Christopher helped me sort out a domain issue early on, and from there it's mostly been consistency. One thing that stuck with me from the group is that there's no golden key — it's testing the small things and giving it time to see what actually works. Still early days but happy with the progress so far.
