When to replace gloves

Morning everyone,

Hope you're all doing well!

What sort of state do people let their gloves get in before replacing them? and if anyone has some pictures that would be massively appreciated.

Freya's are starting to show some wear now, they still work but when the latex starts to get scuffed or little bits missing does that start to impact the effectiveness of the glove? We use glove glu to give a bit more stickiness which is still working on them at the moment.

I'm really looking forward to stocking her up with J4K gloves next. She's playing in some "Sportout" ones at the moment with built in fingersaves for matches only and I'll be honest I can't say anything bad about them as she was getting started on the journey, but we'll be moving on once these are worn out for ones with removable fingersaves.

I just want to make sure she's got kit in the best possible state to get things done.
