This one maybe a long post so please bare with.
My ultimate goal in life would be to leave the 9-5 rat race and create my own football club/ school/ development center whatever you'd like to call it, but that being said it requires a lot of upfront costs etc.
After snapping my ACL last year and having to take the time off work for the operation and recovery, it's opened my eyes as to what I actually want to do with my life.
As some of you may know I'm the manager/ coach of my grassroots team and we are at the beggining of the journey where it starts to become competitive rather than just about fun, that being said it's the time where I need players to start to develop and polish their skills.
With grassroots being voluntary and not a paid position, I'm looking at setting something up on the side completely separate to the actual team.
I'm hoping to set up small group coaching sessions maybe 6-8 players on a 4week development programme focusing on different aspects of the game.
With this being separate from the team (although it will be offered as an addition to them) what are your thoughts on paying for additional sessions.
Sorry for waffling on, I just wanted to get some opinions before I make any decisions
