Let's talk about height...
This is a touchy subject for alot of keepers, due to the fact many professional keepers and bigger clubs favour taller keepers with an extended reach.
But let's flip the coin for a second, is height really that important? Many great keepers have been, let's say less that 'towering';
Jorge Campos being possibly the greatest example that springs to mind off the top of my head.
Standing at 1.7m he represented Mexico from 1991-2003. You only have to do a quick youtube/google search to make your own mind up on him.
The reason I bring this subject up is due to the fact that I myself, stand at 168cm or 5ft 6 inches (2 cm shy of the afformentioned Campos).
I don't let this fact stop me whatsoever!
What are your opinions on this? Is height the make or break factor to great goalkeeping?
