JOIN THE BLUES FOR THE 2026/27 SEASON
FIRST TEAM GOAL KEEPER COACH - LEEK TOWNLeek Town are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed First Team Goalkeeper Coach to join our management team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive non-league environment, contributing to the development and performance of our first-team goalkeepers competing at Step 3 of the English football pyramid.
● Position-specific training sessions for first-team goalkeepers
- Provide individual technical, tactical, and psychological development support
- Work closely with the First Team Manager and coaching staff to align goalkeeping sessions with overall team strategy
- Conduct matchday preparation, warm-ups, and post-match analysis
- Monitor goalkeeper performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support recruitment and assessment of goalkeeping talent
Essential Requirements
- UEFA B Goalkeeping Licence (minimum requirement)
- Proven experience working in non-league football at Step 4 level or above
- Strong understanding of modern goalkeeping principles and coaching methods
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Availability for evening training sessions and weekend fixtures
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in player analysis and use of performance software
- Background in semi-professional or professional football environments
- Ability to support wider club development initiatives
