Big decisions

So we have been reading a lot on socials about pre academy are just money makers no real opportunities etc . What are everyone opinions whether is yourself or from a parents view .

For context Finn has been with argyle since 6 whether it’s been development centre or elite hub . He hasn’t been particularly happy and he is exploring different avenues . But we are stuck on what to do . Ultimately it his choice . We have spent £1000s over the last 5 years I’ve always looked as it’s extra training . But are they really worth it or is it just the name .
