Chest clinic day to hopefully get some good news after this new strain of flu hospitalised Finn with his asthma being poor

This is a subject I have discussed with a few parents lately. We’ve had a few people say that you shouldn’t gifted GK gloves as Xmas/birthday gifts as it’s part of their kit and they need to have them . We buy our son gloves throughout the year sometimes as a treat and when he’s needs a new pair. But we also gift him gloves as part of Xmas. So my question is what your guys thoughts 💭. Pic of fin …. Well, as a keeper, and a father of a keeper, I knew this was bound to happen. This evening Ethan stepped up and filled in, as one of the regular keepers was away, and he was playing against a men’s team. Ethan made an incredible double save, but the landing did not feel right. Trip to the emergency room and the result is a pretty slick cast. We head back in the morning hoping that the original prognosis isn’t correct. If it is correct, 6 weeks on the shelf due to a fracture.

Well what can I say except I’m a very proud grandad and that Zack’s trial session last night went really good, he was introduced to the other boys and some of the coaches, so he had 3 coaches drilling him with different drills for 1/2hr then they other lads were shooting at him from about 15yrs then some other light training drills then at the end they have a mad 15min which equals about 20 a side I thought this was fun as it should be and to hear Zack laughing along with the other boys who he had just met was magical, the director of the football club said that they would get back to us in a couple of days as he was watching from a far and get feedback from the other coaches, but he came up to myself and Zack at the end of the session and was so impressed with him that he’s not going to wait as all the feedback from the coaches was they were very impressed with him, so they have 4 x team’s at 2014 and the director asked him if he would sign for them Zack’s face just lit up like a neon sign, well I had to turn away as I had watery eyes “ it was the wind that made them watery “and the director said the most impressive thing about tonight was that Zack never turned or backed away on any of the shots that were taken against him, and Zack is going to sign so proud, and to Finnish off the night my daughter got a message from the director asking if I was interested in being a coach for them and to contact him wow I’m blown away with last night “ keep the faith “ 🧤
