Yesterday meal
Took immunity shot in morning and after sometimes had breakfast (roast beef sandwich with olives and a mug of tea) , as I was out and about so took 1 mocha. I couldnt do lunch due to being outside. Came home late so skip the dinner also as had to go for a meeting. Took 1 black tea and 1 small cookie
In total yesterday took 1.5 liter of water.
