Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Aatiqa Zahid from Faisalabad, Pakistan. I’m a 26-year-old MBA student, currently attending classes four days a week. I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, and over the past year, I’ve realized the importance of focusing on my health, energy, and overall well-being.

I’m here to work on becoming a fitter, healthier, and more active version of myself, build consistency, and learn to eat clean and mindfully. I’ve struggled with routines and staying on track in the past, but I’m really excited to be part of this community, gain guidance, and stay motivated alongside all of you.✨
