“My name is Maryam, from Faisalabad working as uni student . I am 22, 5’3” and 68 kg weigh. I have pcos and insulin resistance from 1 years. I want to lose weight and regular periods cycle ,reduce hair fall , chin hair . My biggest struggle is staying consistent and make a routine for myself.
