I'm Inshal from Multan. I'm 25 years old .My height is 5 feet 3 inches and weight is 68.5kg. I am a patient of hypothyroidism . I lost 10 kgs last year . I am a Doctor by profession. My target is 55kgs. But i lack consistency . I go to gym on and off . Suffering due to my late night cravings.
