I couldn't do most of the things .
So I'm thinking to repeat Day 10 and then post the final.
And yes I checked my weight today it's 2.2 kgs down in really happy with these 9 days result and now I want to be more mindful and focus more.
Breakfast /lunch : 2 boil eggs, toast tuna and cottage cheese... I was going to have milk with it but I felt heavy so I didn't had milk..
Dinner : home made grilled chicken burger with home made wedges in oven... Oil just sprayed while grilling chicken..
