Hi everyone! As someone managing an e-commerce business, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize fitness while juggling work. I’ve found that starting the day with a quick 20 to 30 minute workout really helps set a productive tone. Throughout the day, I take short, active breaks whether it’s stretching or a quick walk to maintain my energy and focus. Having reliable fitness gear at home has also made staying consistent much easier.
