BREAKFAST: Had a boiled egg and tea no sugar
LUNCH: Had half roti with saag and tea no sugar
Had a plate of dahi bhalley in snack mid evening
Dinner half roti mixed vegetables and egg of protein and tea no sugar
I didn't struggle much in avoiding sugar because i usually try to avoid as well, i just had to keep telling my friend to stop offering me eatables that are sweet. ;)
I sticked to none at all throughout the day.
I will have a fruit later if i get hungry
