Pre breakfast: 500ml water
Breakfast: oatmeal + 1 cup chai
10 minutes walk
Then half an hour walk
1 litre before lunch
Lunch: cucumber + tomato + sabzi (koosa) + podina chatni
Snack: nuts + ABC 🍎🥕beetroot juice
Dinner at 7: chicken shami kebab tortilla roll
