6 cashews in breakfast (I usually skip breakfast, beginning to develop bfast habit) (150 cal)
100 gm yogurt + 2tsp sugar ( approx 130 cal)
70 gm paratha ( approx 250cal)
So far, 530 calories consumed, till lunch
