Day 01 Breakfast and lunch
1. One glass water empty stomach 2. 15 mins empty stimach walk, 1.15 km > 65 cal 3. 6 cashews in breakfast (I usually skip breakfast, beginning to develop bfast habit) (150 cal) 4. 100 gm yogurt + 2tsp sugar ( approx 130 cal) 5. 70 gm paratha ( approx 250cal) So far, 530 calories consumed, till lunch Admins and member plz correct me where needed

Hello!! Looking forward to take motivation as well as guidance through this community. I have previously lost more than 20kgs, that too twice. But somehow motivation has gone down the graph for a couple of years. I am sure this little step will be more fruitful this time. Good luck to everyone else too...

My name is tehreem, from attock working as doctor from 9 am to 3 pm. I am 37, 5’5” and 86 kg weigh. I have 3 kids and i take care of home as well. I have insulin resistance since 6 years, and newly onset hypertension. I want to lose weight and feel more energetic. My biggest struggle is staying consistent and make a routine for myself. My working hours are variable most of the week, and that is one of the reasons among many, that I am unable to stick to routine. Major issue is severe lack of motivation lately. Activity level almost nil. I am hoping to once again try to lose weight and reclaim my lost health this year IA
