Glow challenge day 7
๐ŸŒŸ My 3 Biggest Wins:
  1. I stayed consistent with my workouts and showed up for myself.
  2. I made healthier food choices and became more mindful of what I eat.
  3. I stepped outside my comfort zone and proved that I can do hard things. I upped my weights to heavier now and am happy about this too .
๐Ÿšง My Biggest Challenge:
Staying motivated on days when I felt tired or wanted to make excuses. Learning to stay disciplined has been my biggest lesson.
๐ŸŽฏ My 3 Commitments for Week 2:
  1. Continue exercising consistently and give my best effort.
  2. Stay on track with my nutrition and protein goals.
  3. Believe in myself more and stop letting fear or self-doubt hold me back.

Taking care of my health and choosing progress over perfection, one day at a time.
