๐ My 3 Biggest Wins:
- I stayed consistent with my workouts and showed up for myself.
- I made healthier food choices and became more mindful of what I eat.
- I stepped outside my comfort zone and proved that I can do hard things. I upped my weights to heavier now and am happy about this too .

Staying motivated on days when I felt tired or wanted to make excuses. Learning to stay disciplined has been my biggest lesson.
