Hi really busy day but still did do one hour workout and walk 2L water for brunch did take rice with chicken tikka and seekh kabab for dinner ate buryani with chicken and today cheat i did eat burfi its comes from Pakistan so couldn't resist it had it couldn't take photos quite busy
