Fruit 1 apricot and 10 cheeries and 2 chapli kebab
Evening drink
Garmi bht thi so i drink 1 glass mangoshake without sugar i add honey for sweetness
Dinner 6.00pm
1 roti with mash ki dal 2 chapli kebab salad and raita
Night drink
Green tea
Water intake approx 1.5 liter
