Breakfast
One hashbrown one fried egg in very less oil and one sour bread slice then cup of tea and one chocolate biscotti
Lunch was matcha and noodles and Thai chicken from outside quantity was less than I usually eat because I was out for some errands I had some snacks too in between
Then dinner was skipped and I had tea and one cookie again
