Sleep reset challenge day 1
💪track bed time....I go to bed at 10pm so screen then n I slept around 12am
💪I wake up at 8:42 as it's an off for my kids from summer camp today.so I sleep more
💪I sleep for almost 8 hours
💪I rate my sleep quality 8/10
I used my watch to track my sleep quality n I think it did pretty good job
