January 🚀 — The Launch
We dropped the white label website with full GATOR 1.0 support (EMD + DC), plus Morby Methods and Echo Methods all white labeled under your brand. Your clients see your site and your branding, but we take care of all the work and capital for you behind the scenes.
February 💰 — Proof of Funds
We added instant proof of funds letter generation for deals up to $1m. Premium members can create and email PoF letters instantly without waiting for us to create or approve them. This can help deals move forward. Of course, we ask for your thoughtful use of this feature since you are involving our name in deals.
March 🎨 — Full Customization
You asked for more customization and we delivered. Images, colors, fonts, font colors — broad customization throughout the entire site. Update it as frequently as you want. Make it exactly yours.
April 🏦 — GATOR 2.0 White Label (💥Brand New💥)
We just added the full GATOR 2.0 white label section covering hard money lending, DSCR lending, and primary lending. Everything from wholesale to HML to DSCR now lives on your branded site.
