Sometimes Deals Fall Through.

Sometimes we don't get the deal even if the numbers are perfect. I don't have anything to say, I just want to see how you all deal with the frustration when a deal doesn't work out how you planned. This is the first time I've experienced someone else who is going through the same things I have been through on my own. I didn't have anyone else to talk to to pitch the frustration to. Even if he decided on his own that I would be his mentor, we both agreed the numbers made sense, so why was his the lowest offer? 🤔 I'm just as aggravated as he is and he's a new investor getting into the commercial real estate space older than I am. How do you all deal with the deals that don't work out how you planned?
