Quick EMD request
Just submitted an EMD request for a property in Boca Raton, FL. Wholesaler asked for funding asap and I told him usually we need at least a week to get paperwork in place. I told him I would see how fast EMD can be funded then he can go ahead and get the contract signed. Posting this here to give you a heads up . Not trying to rush anything, just being mindful of your process. Thank you!
