Hey everyone, excited to be here!
I’m out of Utah and I’ve been in lending for about 12 years now. Most of that time has been spent managing default portfolios and doing debt recovery with a couple different lending companies, plus some individual deals on the side.
I’m also a real estate investor myself. A big part of what I do these days is helping people understand how to protect themselves from deals going bad, and what steps you can take if things do start going sideways.
