I’m out of Utah and I’ve been in lending for about 12 years now. Most of that time has been spent managing default portfolios and doing debt recovery with a couple different lending companies, plus some individual deals on the side. I’m also a real estate investor myself. A big part of what I do these days is helping people understand how to protect themselves from deals going bad, and what steps you can take if things do start going sideways.
