Hi everyone, just locked in a Transactional Funding deal for a portfolio of properties. 32 SFH properties minus the four she already has under agreement. I also spoke to the seller to get an understanding of why he's selling all of these properties and why he wants to get rid of them all. I also spoke to the buyer's realtor and she and I hit it off immediately 💯 Just wanted to share a Win, and to give you all motivation that I feel like I'm getting somewhere. This will be my working project, along with the investor I'm helping to get a 30-unit townhouse complex and I'm actively still accepting offers. Comments or DMs are welcome. I’ve been looking forward to getting back to our live calls this week after the unexpected surgery on my mouth last week. The past couple days were great progress with swelling coming down, but today I’m swollen up pretty bad and not able to talk much. I’m back at the doctor on Thursday as well, 👉 so we will need to take this week off from live calls. If I’m doing better after Thursday, maybe we can sneak in calls Friday and/or Saturday. 🤞 ❗️ Keep killing it with your outreach, meetups and social media … building relationships!! 💙 Remember, our relationships is what drives renewal 🔄 business, the way your efforts are leveraged into outsized profits.
