Last week I promised you the full picture, so here's the updates on pricing. 🙌
First, a reminder of what we have here.

If you are a premium member now, you are grandfathered in at whatever the rate was when you signed up, and that is true for anyone that signs up before this goes live on July 1st. 😁
👀 I looked into other communities to better understand the offerings in the market. I do this at times to see if there are new things we can offer all of you. This time I did it to see how the market is priced.
I found communities with only classroom material and live calls priced higher than our current rate. This made me feel good that we offer a TON more for less. I also found communities that also offer white label capabilities but at 500% to 700% of our price. Oddly, I didn't find any that offered Transactional and HML/DSCR white labeling with automated nurturing campaigns. That makes me feel like we are building something pretty cool in here together. Thank you all for the feedback that keeps making us better (you know who you are).
I think it's safe to say we one of the very best deals out there and certainly better than a kick in the butt. 😜
Instead of moving up to the $250 to $400 per month range where are value is priced in the market, we have decided to remain solidly in the position of the best value offering in the market:
1️⃣ The Standard tier is moving from free to $17 per month, after a 7 day free trial.
----- There was a lot of thought behind this and I'm excited for how this will improve the community.
----- When everyone here has to commit, even the price of a combo meal or couple coffees, that skin in the game drives up engagement which in turn drives up deals and the overall value of the community to all of us.
----- I would rather have a community full of people who are here on purpose and ready to do something than a big list of people who never engage. I think you would rather be part of that as well. 💪
2️⃣ Premium is also stepping up slightly in price to $97 per month. We held it super low on purpose for our first six months even though we kept packing it with more and more value. Now the price is stepping up closer toward its actual value.
💥 Both of these tiers will have an annual option that gives 2 months free at $170 and $970 per year.
Remember. 🔒 Whatever price you are at when you join, you keep, for as long as you renew. Get in Premium before June 30 and you are locked in at $69 per month or $690 a year, even as the price climbs with increased value.
