I asked Paul in a DM....
Hey Paul. I was taking to a guy that needs $850k emd to take over a portfolio. i told him our options for EMD ....long story short, he does not have it, but is good with a high payout upon close. I told him I would ask you, i said, we would need something from him...I left it there. Would you entertain a conversation with him? or should I tell him sorry no?
