Does the COE Version have a time limit even when used with end buyers?
Does “end buyer” include buyers of primary residence?
-If so, if I lend EMD to a primary residence buyer, does it affect how their lender scores them?
-Also, is marketing to realtors the best way to reach primary residence buyers?
