I'm starting to get people calling me now! Just had a phone call this afternoon with a potential client who is needing EMD for a Wholesale deal he's executing out of state. We talked about pricing, timing, and requirements and said "You have the best pricing I've come across and you answered all my questions. I'm definitely going with you." Should be seeing a request coming through my white label site in the next day or so.

How would you market to Flippers, to let them know you have funds. Would it be different for the ones that flipped < 5 versus >10?
