Module 1.3 | What You Sell: Your Product Lineup
For community action, I am to share my product lineup. I am not yet selling and have yet to bake these, so this could all change. Since I am going more artisan, I was looking at the following:
  1. --My flagship product (Anchor): Sourdough Boule |
  2. --My Complimentary Products (Range):
  3. a. Sandwich Loaf - Wheat;
  4. b. Jalapeรฑo Cheddar Sourdough Boule;
  5. c. Market Focaccia |
  6. --My Easy win: Henry's Big, Gooey Cinnamon Rolls - Individually sold.
I would love to know any thoughts . I was looking at the pro recipe pantry and these are the ones I would like to work on. Would this be a good line-up or should I change any of these and swap out for something else? Thank you as always for all the honest feedback. This is the only way I can grow. Appreciate it.
