NEW MEMBER
Hi everyone! My name is Rusty and I own an outpatient pediatric private practice in Montgomery, Alabama. We provide speech and occupational therapy services to children in our area. I am extremely passionate about what I do and have learned so many things over the years that I have a desire to share with other therapists and clinic owners. My at least a favorite thing to do is running the business and my most favorite thing to do is direct patient care. However, I am embracing my leadership roles and responsibilities and committing to excellence in these roles and responsibilities just like I have done over the years as a practitioner. I just I hired my first VA who started this Monday. I also just hired a clinical director who will be on site. As soon as I committed to these two hires, one of my therapists resigned. A day in the life, right? I’m excited to connect with all of you and to learn from all of you and to share lessons I’ve learned with you. As soon as my new clinical director is officially onboarded, I’ve asked that she joined this group as well. I’m ready!! LET’S GROW!
