How to Win in here at FREE YOU UP (Watch the video first)
Welcome Rockstar! This community only works when everyone shows up, gives value, and engages with each other. Here’s how to be a Rockstar member (pulled from some of the best online community practices around):
👉 Your First Step: Introduce yourself in the community tab. Share who you are, what you do, and one specific win from your business.
1. Show Up and Share Value
- Post your wins, lessons, and the most valuable tactics you’ve used in your business.
- Pick a category when you post so that we can all search results on those topics (you will see this when you post)
- Ask for help on anything AFTER you have contributed to someone else's post...like answer a question, like a comment etc.
2. Respect the Room
- This group is for owners or leaders only—keeps the conversations high-level.
- No pitches. If you're looking for businesses, I will toss you. No warnings.
3. Engage and Encourage
- When you see a valuable post, hit like and drop a “thanks” or comment.
- Tag members when you use their ideas. It motivates them (and keeps the goldmine flowing).
- Share your progress. Implement something you learned? Post your results in the Wins category.
4. Build Real Connections
- Slide into DMs… not to pitch, but to build real relationships.
- Think: encouragement, collaboration, accountability partners.
- The friendships you build here can outlast the program.
- Use the location tab to get together with people in your areas
5. How to Win Here 🏆
- Post what’s working.
- Apply what others share.
- Share your results.
- Tag people when you benefit from their ideas.
- Most of all: give more than you take.
