FREE BOOK Money Models
Team, I am so grateful for my chance to be coached by Alex Hormozi. His recent book just came out and broke the world record for nonfiction book sales in 24 hours. He sold 3.7 million bucks in three days and made the top five of fictional Book releases, knocking out various Harry Potter books. I've read this book and it is truly amazing. It is yours free because you were a member of my community! Just click here to get your free book

Charity & Culture: Keep "A" Players, Save Money, & Change The World
In another post, I shared my highlights from my Company Culture Playbook. #5 is called "Create A Movement," where I outline how to utilize a Charity to create positive connections and grow your culture exponentially. Here is what we did. Please R&D (not 'research and develop'... 'rip off and duplicate' 🤣). For reference, my former company (which I sold for $ 7M) was called Rise Rehab. We had 5 brick & mortar locations) Program Name: Rise Rehab's Charity Initiative Purpose: To live our company's purpose of "being the light in the lives of others" externally to change the world. Product: Starving children in Africa fed through our support of the Feed My Starving Children charity. Key Stats: # of Starving Children Fed & ENPS Score Sub Stats: Dollars Donated, Time Served Packing Food Owner of Program: The Light & Hope Ambassador (This was a role in my company to someone who was in charge of all culture initiatives. I can post on that if you want. Just comment. GAME CHANGER) Project 1: Clinic Fundraising. Each clinic will raise money for Feed My Starving Children by recognizing actions of other team members, patients, or anyone else who is living our company's purpose of "being the light & hope in the lives of others." When an action is noticed, that person will take a sticky note and write down how that person was acting as a light and Hope in the lives of another person and stick it on the clinic wall designated for this project. I'm not sticking out. The person's name and action will be written down and remain on the wall throughout the year. Patients are invited to participate as well. At the end of the year, all the sticky notes will be collected and each note will represent one dollar that the clinic will donate to feed my starving children. The total collected funds from each clinic will then be combined into one check, which will be presented formally at the December packing event held by Feed My Starting Children. The winning clinic will earn an extra two days of PTO.
My Secret Culture Playbook
"Culture eats strategy for breakfast." Peter Drucker. . HERE IS MY CULTURE PLAYBOOK HIGHLIGHTS Culture Definition: The feeling our employees have on Sunday night. Goal: Create a culture where our team would take a bullet for each other (non-lethal at least) 1) Team Communication Communication is the foundation of culture. The first thing people say when they leave a company is "they have bad communication". It is impossible to explain how to establish communication systems here, but just read the book Scaling Up by Verne Harnish and the section on meeting rhythms and follow it exactly as he says. 2) Create & Live Purpose, Mission, Vision, & Values. I get paid to speak on this and would be happy to answer any questions on this or do more posts on how to create and live these elements of what I call our "Culture Foundation". BUT this is what we talk about in every meeting. This is how we hire. This is how we fire. Every single person in the team should know, verbatim, our purpose, mission, vision, and values. If that's not happening, there is a huge opportunity here. 3) Individual Vision Meetings Held annually, not on the anniversary date. The agenda is a single question: "What do you want?" Then we coach them on building a vision for their career and life. Why? 88% of A players leave due to "not being able to see a future in the company." When our people see us as their coaches, they have a hard time leaving. Hold this meeting off-site and make it personal with lunch etc. 4) Celebrate and recognize any culture-positive activity. (Positive Feedback Loop) This is where culture creation becomes fun. From weekly shout-outs to company trips to celebrate hitting yearly goals to software (Bonusly.com is my fav), this is where you can enroll your team to HELP YOU create unique recognition and experiences that will keep them working hard. Why? Because what people help create, they buy into by default. Bonus: I love giving out nice trophies based on our company values annually, once a year, to our team over a fun dinner where we auction off prizes. Huge in my world.

My #1 Marriage Hack
My wife and I are about to celebrate 27 years together, and we have four boys, ages 13, 15, 19, and 22. We are atypically happy (far from perfect, just statistically on one side of the curve), and as you can clearly see, she is disproportionately better looking than I am 🤣 What does this have to do with business? Everything. The atmosphere in our homes fuels or frustrates the progress we make in our companies. Plus, one of my favorite quotes is, “No other success can compensate for failure in the home.” -D McKay. So here it is... The Rule Of 1. I have found the most efficient and effective way to help my wife feel loved and appreciated...is using this rule of one. Here's an example: One of my wife's love languages is gift giving. I can come home from work with flowers, chocolates, and a card. She feels appreciated and loved. That counts as 1. Or Flowers+Chocolates+Card = 1 OR... I can bring her home flowers one day, chocolates another day, and a card another day at random. EACH of those counts as 1. Or Flowers+chocolates+card = 3. Each day, she feels the same appreciation, and we get a 3x return on the same effort. However... There is a compounding effect of spreading out these gifts. By being consistent over time, it doubles the impact, making it 6. Or 6:1 ...thanks to the rule of 1. Steps: 1. Determine her love language. See video attached. (Gifts work from some, service for others etc) 2. Ask her what she wants over dinner and take notes. (This act alone counts as 1). 3. Put it on a calendar and execute in advance. It is that simple. The ROI is impossible to calculate. Yes, it may come across as overly tactical at first, but in the end, it will land as romantic. This is 27 years talking. To be clear... At times, my wife and I drive each other crazy, have fights, and struggle. This is marriage after all. But in the end, if we can look at our loved ones and know we would do it all again, THAT is a wealth that money can't buy.

I liked condensed version a lot more just because it gets right to the point, but I feel like I'm missing something on your cash pay versus insurance element. Can you please help me?

I love both and think you are ready to rock. My only suggestion Change ✨ Are you ready to rediscover why you became a Physical Therapist? with ✨ Are you ready to rediscover the excitement of being a Physical Therapist? It is more tied to emotions they want and are missing.
