Good morning everyone, I live in Edinburgh, but born and bred in Oxford. I do stay pretty fit but perhaps need help to further my levels of fitness and eating. Just back from 2 weeks in Crete, while there found out I'm being made redundant. Not good at 60 - this will play on my mental health badly. I embarked on a health kick this year and have lost 5kgs due to the state of my mental health. So I'm scared for the future in so many ways. I do have abs...but winter is coming and i don't want to fall down the Mince pie & chocolates holes i did last year!!!!

Some fun facts about me: I’m a lifelong Liverpool supporter (yes, even down here on the south coast of England!). I lived in the USA for a while but moved back to the UK in 2020. I’m married and have four grown-up kids, so life’s never dull. Why are you here? I am 52. I’ve just hit an all-time high of 113.2kg and I know it’s time to change. I want to take back control of my health and start building better habits. Where are you from? I’m from the south coast of England. Went to university in Bristol. Lived in Yorkshire and Idaho, USA. Now living in the Cotswolds. What would you like to achieve in the next 30 days? I’d love to lose 5 kilos, but more importantly, I want to be consistent with exercise, eating healthier, and feeling more energetic. What do you enjoy doing in your social time? Spending time travelling, messing about with new tech, and watching sport. Which team or sport do you follow? Liverpool FC — been a Red all my life! Let’s go! 🚀

Hello I'm Lara , starting this week . I'm a mum of three , 2 x 4.5 year old boy twins and a 3 year old girl who are my world but want to be a better mum to them and feel better in my own skin. Here to lose weight put on through not focusing on my food and fitness while bringing up kids so wish me luck. Good to have this awesome community and grateful to @markbryce for letting me join this program .
Intro
I spend so much time helping and coaching others, I end up neglecting myself and letting myself go. I scaled in at 249.4 lbs this afternoon. I told myself that 250 was my limit, and I let myself hit it. My goal is 200. I currently live about 30 miles outside of Chicago in Indiana, USA.
Finally taking the First step.
HI All, Johny Wilken Here. Ex rugby player, Life happened never turned professional. Became a commercial diver/Rigger and landed up in the office. Work away from home for long periods of time, naturally strong but never really liked running. Bicycle and i are good mates but then again you need quite a big bicycle for being 1.94cm and 146Kg. That being said at that weight i can still do pullups, hand stand pushups etc. But the stubborn love handles and soft spots around the chest and torso follows me around where ever i go. Working away means my food majority of the time comes from Commercial canteens which makes the meal prep a little tougher, But i have full trust this 30 days will not only teach me what to look for but also equip me with a new outlook and appreciation for food and not to just focus on what fills the belly but rather how i fill it. Currently at home on rotation( Family will even join me in the new adventure) so no better time to start to ensure i go back to work, with reduced weight and cms, and hopefully not have the brain fog.
