What a welcome🤩👍🙏
Hey everybody, I just wanted to say thanks to some of you who already took the time to personally welcome me into the group. Beautiful people here.😍
I started breathwork years ago, with Wim Hof. But sort of lost the feeling for it again. Doing the 3 and 5 minute sessions here, brought back a lot of the sensations from them, and really brought a sense of peace, at the end of my working day.
Hope to become a positive addition to the group here.
