Thank you for your continued feedback for the Community! From direct conversations with you, I have added 2 new resources to help tracking your training as you follow either Milo Methods or Athletic Pump. Located in the Training Program Courses themselves, there is now a Tracking Progress page which has a free app and/or free Google Sheet that you can use to track your lifts. Keep getting after it! 💪

Hey Guys - just wanted to provide a visual for what you can expect as a member of this community. The purpose of the roadmap is to guide members from point A to point B with simple, actionable steps. This outlines precisely what members need to do to achieve their goals & how we have a proven plan that can help you succeed. This will live in the Start Here Course longterm but dropping here for current members💪

✨Community Update: Classroom enhancements
Thank you for your continued feedback. Based on some recent conversations, I made some changes to our classroom: ✅ Updates: 1) Each course got a face lift to better differentiate & more clearly identify the purpose for members 2) The Previous "Nutrition Phases" course was broken out and is now called "Nutrition Phase Selection "Course 3) All 4 Nutrition Phases having their own courses 💪 How this impacts the member experience moving forward: 1) Navigating the content will be easier with clear courses each serving a specific purpose 2) Your member experience will be much closer to what it's like working with a 1-on-1 coach. If you've ever worked with a coach, they've likely never said "Want to get in shape? Okay, here is EVERYTHING you could ever want to know about nutrition, training, ect..." I felt the density of the previous Nutrition Phase Course was overwhelming. So to better serve you, I broke out each phase so you now have digestible content at every step 3) Each individual nutrition phase is locked by default to prevent folks from getting overwhelmed and feeling like they need to consume ALL the content. In keeping true to the Mountain analogy, whenever a new member joins, I will connect with them via DM and/or Onboarding Call, discuss their goals and unlock the appropriate course. Then, when it's time for a new goal, we can have another conversation and I can unlock the next phase. This serves a few purposes, namely so that I can check in with members and see how they are doing while ensuring they have confidence in their next move. 🚨 Please DM me and let me know what Nutrition Phase you are currently in & I will gladly unlock it for you so you can stay on track 🚨 Keep the feedback coming. I've really enjoyed building this community alongside you and will continue to strive to make it better & better. -Luke

🚨Reminder: Community Hangout @7p CST THANK YOU for giving me feedback. It’s always welcomed and feel free to shoot me a DM anytime you have a thought. We are just the starting point for FFA and I already have lots of things I’m working on to update the existing elements inside to make it better and add even more value over time. 8/17 Sunday Update
Hey all, Happy Sunday! A couple things for you this week: 🍎Nutrition As most are new to the community this week, you'll be figuring out your maintenance calories. This is the perfect time to do so because on the Yearly Nutrition Plan, late summer is a great time to be in maintenance before stepping into a Fall Fat Loss phase. I am planning on starting mine week of September 9th so make your way through both Nutrition Courses, let me know if you if you have any questions and post a thread letting us know 1) if you decide to join the Calendar phase or 2) what DIY phase you choose to embark on 😎 🗣️Live Calls We have 2 live calls this week, Monday Onboarding Call & a Wednesday Hangout. Both are scheduled for 7PM CST currently. I want YOUR feedback. Let me know what type of calls you would like to do (Q/As, guest speakers, Topical Discussions, Hangouts ect) as well as what times work best for most and we will adjust it to what works best for most! 🛠️Updates: -Training programs are now live in the Classroom -How to Progress pages have been simplified & updated with real examples to be easier to follow and implement in your training -A brief Community Intro Video was added to the "Welcome!
