Thank you for your continued feedback for the Community! From direct conversations with you, I have added 2 new resources to help tracking your training as you follow either Milo Methods or Athletic Pump.
Located in the Training Program Courses themselves, there is now a Tracking Progress page which has a free app and/or free Google Sheet that you can use to track your lifts.
