Open Call Tomorrow
I just got back from a week vacation in Hilton Head with the family. As I was enjoying some R&R, I tried to pay attention to decisions I was making for how to balance my fitness goals while still enjoying life I’d love to talk through it a bit, do some Q&A or even simply connect with you all and see how things are going.
