🌸🦋 Yesterday I spent almost 2 hours talking with one of my ladies after she purchased my Slim Waist Protocol… and it all started with one simple question:
“What do I even eat for breakfast?” 🥺
That question opened up such a deep conversation about meal prepping, planning, food overwhelm, and the struggle so many women silently carry around food.
Because truthfully… we live in a culture where most “breakfast foods” are highly processed, quick, convenient, and leave us confused on what healthy actually looks like anymore. 🌸
And then there’s meal prepping…
You spend time cooking. You prepare the food. You put everything away beautifully.
…and then you never actually eat it. 🥲
Food spoils.Plans fall apart. Life happens. You get tired of what you cooked.Or you simply don’t know how to make meal prep practical, flexible, and sustainable for real life. 🦋
That conversation reminded me that so many women don’t just need another meal plan…They need a system.
A way to:

🌷 Plan
🌷 Execute
🌷 Stay flexible without “falling off”
So now I’m thinking about putting together a workshop on:“How to Actually Succeed at Meal Prepping & Enjoy It While Losing Weight” 🌸
